Samsung SCC is designed to seamlessly integrate different types of media and the provision of built in Webchat allows these contacts to be sent to the correct queue, using the same highly flexible rules as ACD Calls.

Webchat licences provide an automated service which operates 24/7/365, extending the hours businesses can operate. All transcripts are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes, and wallboards and reports will display Chat statistics.
